PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES. NON-COMPLIANCE MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION.

Appointments are available for two different amounts of time: 30 minutes and 60 minutes. The default option is for 30-minute appointments. If you need a 60-minute appointment, you must change the time duration when scheduling your appointment.

Appointments can be made up to one month in advance. We encourage you to make appointments at least a few days in advance to ensure availability. If you cannot attend an appointment, please cancel the appointment as soon as possible to open up the appointment for another client. Failing to cancel your appointment in advance will result in it being marked as a no-show. Three no-show appointments will result in deactivation of your account and you will have to contact the center director to regain access.

You can cancel prior to your appointment by logging into your account, selecting your appointment box (orange), and selecting "Cancel Appointment."

If you would like your appointment to take place online, you must select that option when scheduling. If you schedule your appointment to be online, please log into your account five minutes before your appointment time, click on your appointment box (orange), and then click "Start or Join Online Consultation."

If you schedule your appointment to be in person, please check in at Columbine Hall 312 five minutes before your appointment time.

Students cannot make more than two appointments in a day.

Making appointments using second accounts or others' accounts is strictly against center policy and offenders will be blocked from the system immediately and for the duration of the semester.
